钢制电缆桥架安装作业时要注意的事项
(1)电缆桥架由室外进入建筑物内时,桥架向外的坡度不得小于1/100。

(2)电缆桥架与用电设备交越时,其间的净距不小于0.5m。

(4)在平行图上绘出桥架的路由,要注明桥架起点、终点、拐弯点、分支点及升降点的坐标或定位尺寸、标高,如能绘制桥架敷设轴侧图,则对材料统计将更精确。直线段:注明全长、桥架层数、标高、型号及规格。拐弯点和分支点:注明所用转弯接板的型号及规格。升降段:注明标高变化,也可用局部大样图或剖面图表示。

(5)桥架支撑点, 如立柱、托臂或非标准支、构架的间距、安装方式、型号规格、标高,可同意在平面上列表说明,也可分段标出用不同的剖面图、单线图或大样图表示。

(6)电缆引下点位置及引下方式,一般而言,大批电缆引下可用垂直弯接板和垂直引上架,少量电缆引下可用导板或引管,注明引下方式即可。

(7)电缆桥架(http://www.sdhangfeng.com)宜高出地面2.2米以上,桥架顶部距顶棚或其它障碍物不应小于0.3米,桥架宽度不宜小于0.1米,电缆桥架内横断面的填充率不应超过50%。

(8)电缆桥架内缆线垂直敷设时,在缆线的上端和每间隔1.5米处应固定在桥架的支架上,水平敷设时, 在缆线的首、尾、转弯及每间隔3~5米处进行固定。

(9)在吊顶内设置时,槽盖开启面应保持80毫米的垂直净空,线槽截面利用率不应超过50%。

(10)布放在线槽的缆线可以不绑扎,槽内缆线应顺直,槽内缆线应顺直,尽量不交叉,缆线不应溢出线槽,在缆线进出线槽部位, 转弯处应绑扎固定。垂直线槽布放缆线应每间隔1.5米固定在缆线支架上。

(11)在水平、垂直桥架和垂直线槽中敷设线时,应对缆线进行绑扎。4对线电缆以24根为束,25对或以上主干线电缆、光缆及其它信号电缆应根据缆线的类型、缆径、缆线芯数分束绑扎。绑扎间距不宜大于1.5米,扣间距应均匀,松紧适度。

(12)电缆桥架水平敷设时,支撑间距一般为1.5-3m,垂直敷设时固定在建筑物构体上的间距宜小于2m。

(13)金属线槽敷设时,在下列情况下设直至架或吊架:线槽接头处;间距3m;离开线槽两端口0.5m处;转弯处。

1、钢制电缆桥架作为布线工程的一个配套项目,目前尚无专门的规范指导,个生产厂家的规格程式缺乏通用性,因此,设计选型过程应根据弱电各个系统缆显得类型、数量,合理选定适用的桥架。
(1)确定方向: 根据建筑平面布置图,结合空调管线和电气管线等设置情况、方便维修,以及电缆路由的疏密来确定电缆桥架的最佳路由。在室内,尽可能沿建筑物的墙、柱、梁及楼板架设,如许利用综合管廊架设时,则应在管道一侧或上方平行架设,并考虑引下线和分支线尽量避免交叉,如无其它管架借用,则需自设立(支)柱。
(2)荷载计算:计算电缆桥架主干线纵断面上单位长度的电缆重量。
(3)确定桥架的宽度:根据布放电缆条数、电缆直径及电缆的间距来确定电缆桥架的型号、规格, 托臂的长度,支柱的长度、间距,桥架的宽度和层数。
(4)确定安装方式:根据场所的设置条件确定桥架的固定方式,选择悬吊式、直立式、侧壁式或是混合式,连接件和紧固件一般是配套供应的,此外,根据桥架结构选折相应的盖板。
(5)绘出电缆桥架平、剖面图,局部部位还应绘出空间图,开列材料表。
2、如与电力电缆桥架合用时,应将电力电缆和弱电电缆各直一侧,中间采用隔板分隔。
3、弱电电缆与其它低电压电缆合用桥架时,应严格执行选择具有外屏蔽层的弱电系统的弱电电缆,避免相互间的干扰。
